Andy currently works as the Communication Manager for Turf Equipment and Supply (MD) and Storr Tractor Company (NJ), both independent distributors for The Toro Company under one ownership. In this role he handles all internal and external communications to customers via website design, social media content, graphic design, and video production. He has been in the green industry for 38 years starting on golf courses and eventually earning an agronomy degree from the University of Maryland. Andy resides in Elkridge, Maryland with his wife Melissa and enjoys spending time with their five children and one granddaughter. To remain close to his agronomic roots, Andy has been a part-time grounds crew member for the Baltimore Ravens for the last seven years.

Gary, also known as Mr. Networking, is the founder of The CFO Solution (created to share best practices, best processes, and better partners through virtual sharing at The CFO Forum and at www.thecfosolution.org. In 2008, he was a founding board member of The CFO Alliance which has grown from 8 CFOs to over 6,200 private company financial executives in the U S. Gary is a strong advocate for paying forward collective knowledge to students, veterans, and those in transition as well as employers and shareholders. He received the Employer of the Year Award for Workforce Development from Pa. Governor Tom Corbett in 2013 and the Missouri Works Award from Mo. Governor Tom Nixon. A major element of these awards was the hiring of veterans returning from the Gulf War. Gary has an extensive career in finance and management positions and CFO and operational positions with companies such as Air Products and Abec, and currently is an owner of SISD Inc., an engineering services firm. His education includes a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of North Carolina. Norman is an Air Force Veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom Philippines during his 17 years of service as an Airborne Intelligence Operator. He is the National Director of Sales for Unique Pretzel Bakery, a sixth-generation, family-operated business based in Reading, PA, the Pretzel Capital of the World. Norm resides in Eagleville, PA, and when he is not working, most of his time is spent with his two sons playing soccer, golf, biking and just about anything else that involves the outdoors. Norm continues to work with his fellow service veterans transitioning to civilian life.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the golf industry and was recently name the 2020 Philadelphia Section PGA Merchandiser of the Year – Public Category. This is his 3rd time winning this award including 2006 & 2008. Kevin is also a proud member of the Lehigh Valley Golf Hall of Fame, Class of 2017. In addition to his role as Olde Homestead’s Director of Golf, Kevin is the Head Golf Coach at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA. He is a graduate of Moravian University and was a member of the 1994 undefeated MAC Championship team earning All-Conference honors in 1994 and 1996. Before coming to Olde Homestead in the spring of 2017, Kevin worked at numerous Lehigh Valley courses over his career including Southmoore Golf Course, Lehigh Country Club, Riverview Country Club and Woodstone Country Club. Kevin is an active member of the Philadelphia Section PGA and has served on the Board of Director, Special Awards, Membership, Tournament and Education committees. Kevin is a 2-time Empire 8 Golf Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2017 while coaching the Greyhounds. Kevin is also a Certified US Kids Golf Coach and brings great enthusiasm and energy to our junior golf program including our growing PGA Jr. League.

Dick is an international consultant, advisor and accomplished public speaker. He has over 15 years of experience in managing international business operations, while serving in various Vice President positions during a 25-year career at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Following AT&T, Dick was the Director of the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University and the Director of the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program. Dick served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army. He earned his BS Degree from Kent State University, and he is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife, Sandra and continues to teach executive education programs around the world.

Jennifer is a civilian, born and raised in South New Jersey. She is the granddaughter of a WWII veteran and daughter of a partially disabled army veteran. Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor in both NJ and PA and has worked in substance abuse and mental health treatment for 20 years. She has been employed in the State of NJ Drug Court Program as a substance abuse evaluator for 8 years. Jennifer has worked with veterans and their families and is very aware of the unique needs of military families. She is an experienced fundraiser and grant writer. She formerly worked in a New Jersey high school where she wrote federal grants and raised funds for student substance abuse prevention activities. She is married with one son and two stepsons and lives in Audubon, NJ, in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Allie McCrea is a music therapist in Philadelphia who currently serves as the lead therapist for a state-funded initiative as well as a part-time therapist in neuro-rehabilitation. She is passionate about the role of music therapy within the medical model. This passion comes from her personal experiences in hospitals, as her late father was injured while serving in the Army. Consequently, his disability led to many years of hospital visits and sickness. Allie is a Folds of Honor recipient, and excited to support this foundation that made it possible for her to follow her dreams in education.

Marie McCrea is a mother and the wife of deceased US Army Specialist and paratrooper Kevin McCrea. Married to Specialist McCrea for 31 years, Marie held the role of Kevin’s caregiver due to a debilitating injury sustained during a parachuting exercise that resulted from an equipment malfunction. Medically retired and honorably discharged, Kevin was able to graduate college and law school, but was unable to practice law due to his condition. Over the years, he endured ongoing pain, surgeries, and complications. Marie and his three children’s care, love and support helped him forge on until his deteriorating injury-related condition resulted in his passing in June of 2020. Today, Marie enjoys teaching religious class and going to dinner with her friends. She is a member of the Folds of Honor Speaker Bureau, the E. PA-NJ Chapter of Folds of Honor, and Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter of Gold Star Wives of America, Inc. In addition to her work with these organizations, Marie’s favorite pastime is to spend time with her children Allie, Jenna and Kevin, all Folds of Honor recipients.

Mike is a certified PGA Professional, golf industry executive, and the founder and president of Spirt Golf Management. Mike is a Trustee of the New Jersey Golf Foundation, Board Member of the Pennsylvania Golf Course Owners Association, and Board Member of the GAP Public Golf Committee. Mike served two terms as a NJ PGA Board of Director and has been a long-time supporter of the Folds of Honor Foundation. Mike earned his Class A PGA certification in 1990 and certification in general management in 2006. During Mike’s 30 + years as a PGA Professional, he served as a Regional Vice President for a national golf course management company, Director of Operations at Eagle Ridge Golf Club and today is the President of Spirit Golf Management. Mike’s passion for Folds of Honor started in 2008 as a Wingman, hosting his first Patriot Day Events and chairing the first NJ PGA Sections Patriot’s Day Committee. Mike joined the Folds of Honor Marathon Team running alongside Lt. Colonel Dan Rooney, our founder, and several other PGA Professionals at the 2009 Marine Corp Marathon and the 2010 Chicago Marathon. Upon founding Spirit Golf, Mike continued promoting 5K races, tournaments, golf marathons and a host of other events throughout Spirit’s portfolio of clubs. Mike won the 2013 Patriot Award for the NJ Section for his efforts and over the past 11 years Mike has helped raise over $75k for the Folds of Honor Foundation.
