E. PA-NJ Chapter joins Cause Village at the Budweiser Made in America Music Festival in Philadephia on September 1 & 2.
Held on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Central Philly, the event sees over 80,000 participants over two days of music with rising musical artists hand selected by Jay-Z. Post Malone reached out to Major Dan Rooney and asked Folds of Honor to represent at Cause Village as one of 20 plus charties represented during the outstanding musical extravaganza!
CAUSE VILLAGE at Made in America is the festival’s philanthropic footprint and hub for social action. Charitable and activist organizations representing all causes including education, social welfare, voter registration, animal welfare, hunger, homelessness, arts and culture, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, social justice and civil rights, to name a few, have participated since the festival’s inception in 2012. Annually an average of over 15,000 social actions are taken over the two-day festival.
Special thanks to member David Norton and his wife Lori for supporting us at this exceptional musical event. Added thanks to volunteer Katelyn Leer who stepped up to join us in supporting Folds of Honor’s presence at this great music festival!
